Please stick to this timetable because the delays escalate as we move through the competition; let us know if you are or expect to be delayed beyond the deadline. In exceptional circumstances eg. illness, the Organisers will allow a substitute to play once instead of 1 of the original 2 players, this player may then replace the missing person if that player is still unable to continue, but no further substitution may take place. The players must obtain permission from the Organisers to make any such substitution. In exceptional cases where matches are held up the result can be decided by the toss of a coin. The players must obtain permission from the Organisers to make any such substitution before they play.
The winners of Draw 1 play the winners of Draw 2 in the final. Losers from the 1st round will automatically be entered into the Consolation Plate Competition.
